RESEARCH AND CORPORATE PLANNING DIVISION

The Research Division was established in March 1985 mainly to cater for the research and consultancy needs of the College. In 2003, the division was renamed Research and Development; only to be renamed yet again a year later to become Research and Corporate Planning Division, shedding off the consultancy docket and taking on board the performance contacting, a newly introduced concept in public sector management.
The division currently has a compliment of four technical staff with an additional member of staff providing secretarial support services. Besides independently undertaking research work the division is the secretariat for both research and corporate planning, coordinating all the College’s research and performance contracting activities.
