This is one and a half year programme covering all aspects of food and beverage service and techniques.  The students are exposed to all types of restaurant service, bar operations and food and wine knowledge.  In addition to theoretical learning, this course entails intensive practical training at both the college and its application hotel – “Utalii Hotel”

This is a one and half year certificate course that prepares students to effectively work in the front office department as receptionists, reservation officers, and cashiers or night auditors in a hotel environment or any other customer service outlet. During this period the students undergo intensive industrial attachment programmes both at the college and in selected hotels in the hospitality industry.

Students acquire skills in guest relations, hospitality selling, communication and front office operations.

This is a one and half year program which covers all aspect of housekeeping and laundry operations. The course prepares the students to manage dry-cleaning plants and supervise housekeeping operations in hotels, institutions and hospitals. During this period, the students undergo intensive industrial attachment programs both at the College and in selected hotels in the hospitality industry.
