Management Development Programmes (MDPs)

The Management Development Programmes (MDPs) vary from year to year according to industry needs.  The five day modules are held at the College during the month of June while customized in-house programmes are held throughout the year on special arrangements.  Applicants have a choice of one module from two modules offered concurrently in each week. 

In addition, interested individuals may select upto 4 modules, on a back to back basis.  It is hoped that these short courses will be instrumental in improving staff performance, creating job satisfaction and motivation and enabling the establishments to meet set objectives through enhanced employee productivity.
