INTRODUCTION

The Kenya Utalii College library was commissioned in 1994 as an information resource centre to cater for information provision to the college’s staff and students. The library is located at the Kenya Utalii college campus on Thika Road.  Currently the library has over 30,000 volumes and journals.

To provide information resources and services in support of the curriculum at the college

To be a centre of excellence in the provision of information resources for  hospitality training

MISSION

To provide access to and delivery of information resources while fostering a positive learning environment in order to confirm the college’s position as a centre of excellence in hospitality and tourism education.

To conserve the existing information resources

To develop and implement appropriate information delivery systems
