FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICE AND SALES (ADVANCED LEVEL) I YEAR

COURSE DESCRIPTION

This is a one year course which prepares students for Supervisory responsibilities in Food and Beverage operations. During this period students undergo intensive practical training at both the College and its application Hotel-Utalii Hotel. Students acquire skills in Customer care, Salesmanship, Communication and Practical Food and Beverage Service Supervision.

MINIMUM ENTRY REQUIREMENTS FOR ADMISSION

Applicants must have undergone the basic course at Kenya Utalii college and worked successfully in the hotel industry for at least two years after graduation. Applicants must state the positions they currently hold in their establishments.

Written applications must be forwaded together with the recommendation letter from current employer under confidential cover giving details of period of service and performance
