Corporate Planning Objectives

 i    To coordinate the preparation, vetting and signing of Board, Divisional and Departmental Performance Contracts.

ii    To review, synthesize and analyze the College performance monitoring indicators, survey instruments, and toolkits for use by line Departments

iii    To monitor implementation of the College’s strategic plan and performance contract including the sources of data used to inform indicator reporting.

iv    To prepare quarterly and annual reports for the College based on information from Departments and Divisions.
